Shipping & Returns

We take great care providing quality products to our customers. All items in stock will be shipped within 5 business days, should there be any delays we will contact you within this period to advise current order status.


If you believe you have received incorect product or the product received did not match the item description you will need to notify us within 5 business days and arrange to return the product in order to receive a refund or Exchange.


All refunds will be issued for product cost less shipping and will be provided in the form of charge back for payments via Visa or Master Card. Payments via PayPal will be refunded to your PayPal account. Direct deposits, cheque payments and Money order payments will be refunded via direct deposit or cheque.


Exchanges will be posted within 5 business days from receipt of returned goods unless otherwise specified.

Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note that some shipping options i.e. standard Australia Post Air Mail parcel do not provide tracking and there is limited tracking with Australia Post Registered parcel.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg
